Three (3) sets of signed & sealed building plans and/or specifications shall be submitted.
Drawings should be drawn to scale and shall provide the necessary information to verify compliance with the Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code.
There shall be three (3) Complete Site Plans signed & sealed, with indication of grades, slopes, accessible means of egress and accessible routes from public way, transportation stops, and accessible parking, as well as the building’s entrance(s).
As per the PA UCC, the drawings shall include the occupant load for each space, room and floor of the building and an indication of all portions and sizes of means of egress components.
The drawings should include information as to the Design Code, Occupancy Classification, Changes in Occupancy, Square Footage, Occupant Load Calculations.
Any Foundation or Footer that involves soil disturbance will required a Geo-tech Report from a soils engineers, stamped and signed.
Also, three (3) sets of other documents (specs, calculations, etc.)
Energy Calculations are required to verify Envelope, Lighting, and Mechanical Compliance — (COMcheck).
The Applicant shall sign and date the Plan Review Submittal Form and submit the form.
